Vestas Graduate Programme
Vestas is the world leader in wind power solutions, with over 40,000 wind turbines across the globe and over 20,000 employees in 65 countries.

The Vestas Graduate Programme is a great opportunity for recent graduates, grad students, students and young professionals with 1-2 years work experience - all of whom have a 3.5 GPA and hold a relevent Master's Degree (or are about to obtain one). The Programme challenges and develops the best graduates, turning them into dynamic professionals who will take up key positions with the company in the near future.

Presented by Morten Hartvig Berg and Sachin T. Navalkar, you now have the inside track on how you can join this Programme - the next intake will be for the March 2012 team. Positions will be launched 15 September 2011.

About the presenters:
Morten Hartvig Berg is the Team lead for the Recruitment Team for the Vestas Graduate Programme and has worked with the Graduate Programme for 3 years and have recruited the last 6 Graduate teams. Besides recruitment he also works as a Talent Broker on promoting the Graduates into the global Vestas organization.

Sachin is a Vestas Graduate, in the Technology track. He comes from India, and has done his Master’s in the Netherlands, specialising in wind engineering. He has been working in Vestas Technology for nearly 1.5 years now, starting from Test & Verification of field turbines, to Mechanical Engineering of the turbine Drive Train. He is currently located in the Tech HQ in Denmark.
