Job Posting and Resumé Database
A
la Carte Pricing
Employers
post job openings as they become available with a la carte
pricing at the rate of $215 per 30-day post or $390 per 60-day post. The posting can be extended for another 30-day period
for an additional $215 payment. All payments are made
using a major credit card online by selecting Individual Post under Post a Job on the Employer
Job Manager Screen.
Fixed
Rate Package
Employers can choose an annual fixed
rate contract for optimal savings. Based on the number
of positions you think your company will have available,
our Recruitment Advertising Representatives will work with
you to help you determine which option best meets your

Employer Profiles and Job Clips Videos
Combine the emotional impact
of audio and video with the interactivity of the
IEEE Job Site! Job Clips turn
your job post into an exciting Web video to more
easily attract your candidate audience. Video Employer
Profiles quickly and effectively communicate
the benefits of working for your company in an
attractive, appealing format. IEEE Recruitment
Sales Representatives work with you to fine
tune your message.
Featured
Job
Employers gain maximum exposure for their posting by listing it as a Featured Job. Featured Jobs are highlighted on the IEEE Job Site home page in an area dedicated to them. Postings are rotated in this spot throughout the day and are easily accessible and visible to all site visitors. You can purchase an individual 30-day Featured Job posting* for $380, a 60-day Featured Job posting for $690, or buy a package at a discount.
Spotlight
Job
Put your job in the Spotlight and drive an overwhelming response from job seekers. Spotlight Search Results are targeted job postings that generate high click-through rates because they are strategically placed at the top of the Job Search Results page. You can upgrade your individual 30-day job post to a Spotlight Job for $225 or your individual 60-day job post for $400. Spotlight Job packages also available at a discounted rate.
Resumé Database
A Resumé Database is also available for
searching. A fixed rate posting package must be purchased
(minimum: Level 1) and the appropriate Resumé Database
annual subscription fee paid to search the database. Only
annual Resumé Database subscriptions are available.
Classified
Add-ons
Job postings can be purchased to supplement
an existing print recruitment advertisement
for an additional $165 per posting (plus cost of print
ad). Make it a Featured
Job for $330.
