The first presenter – James “Jim” Malley – is Senior Human Resource Generalist at Raytheon Technical Services Company, LLC. Jim provides the full suite of HR support to his client group, including: compensation and benefits, international and domestic talent acquisition, performance development, employee relations, and talent management.
The second presenter – Peter Eckstein – is employed by Northrop Grumman Corp. Eckstein has held various engineering managerial positions of increasing responsibility. He has primarily been involved in the design and development of support equipment for Navy weapon system avionics.
